Discontinued Fund Default

At the end of market day on January 8, 2021, any assets remaining in a discontinued fund, for our Defined Contribution, Deferred Compensation Plan and DROP members will automatically transfer to the fund indicated in the following chart.

In or between 1983 and 1987... LifePath Index 2050 Fund
In or between 1978 and 1982... LifePath Index 2045 Fund
In or between 1973 and 1977... LifePath Index 2040 Fund
In or between 1968 and 1972... LifePath Index 2035 Fund
In or between 1963 and 1967... LifePath Index 2030 Fund
In or between 1959 and 1962... LifePath Index 2025 Fund
In or before 1958... LifePath Retirement Fund

The LifePath fund that you may be default transferred to, if you have not already transferred to a retained fund or selected new allocations, will be determined by your date of birth, for the intended retirement at age 65. (example - date of birth 01/01/1978 would default to LifePath 2045)

The Annual Investment Report is provided each year so the plan participants in our Defined Contribution, Deferred Compensation, and State Patrol DROP plans have materials and tools to help them make educated investment choices when looking at the Fund Options that are available to them.
